I'm here to announce the theme of the Jam!

The theme is: Gender Identity and Roles!

Research, explore and present the Theme at your liking! Remember the Rules of the Game Jam and have fun!

There was a typo in the description of the Game Jam.

The Game Jam is 48 hours long, and it runs from June 26th, at 6PM CEST time, to June 28th, at 6PM CEST time!

Hello everyone, I'm swingecko, one of the hosts and I'm here to tell you about how to "live through" a Game Jam, based on my own personal experience!

• Health before Work! The most important tip: take frequent breaks and sleep at least 8 hours a day!
• Be Creative and Try New Things! You're a Designer? Try making some sprites! You're a Programmer? Try composing music! don't limit yourself only to what you know you can do, step out of your comfort zone!
• Don't Fixate yourself on an Idea! If some considerable time has passed and your team is still considering the pros and cons of an idea, consider continuing work anyway or trying a completely different idea!
• Be a part of the Community! Check your progress with the hosts or with the other developers! Share your discoveries and eventually your concers!
• It's supposed to be fun, not stressful! A Game Jam is not a competition and it's not supposed to be stressful, consider the previous tips and have fun!
